As the popularity has grown of the offshore investment fund as a pooling mechanism for investors’ money and as a mechanism for the diversification of investors’ risk, so too has the need for a range of services to support the sector. Bankers, custodians, administrators, brokers, lawyers and auditors are all required for the typical fund structure, but so too are directors and other corporate services.

CM Fund Services provides fund administration services from our offices in Switzerland to private investment fund structures, typically those which are privately placed, have a low number of investors and investments, such as private equity, real estate and art funds.

At the same time, we act as trustees of private unit trusts, general partners of limited partnerships and provide independent non-executive directors for boards of corporate funds.

We also assist with the provision of corporate administration services to special purpose vehicles and holding companies used by funds to hold their investments.
