At the same time, our clients are always active, looking for the next deal, raising finance, buying assets, selling assets, building businesses, selling businesses and transitioning businesses for professional management. CM Finance works across all asset types, including assisting clients (sometimes helping to preserve their anonymity in the process) to buy or sell high value real estate, yachts, aircraft, antiques and works of art.

Investments

CM Finance has also developed a specialist information service designed to better assist clients of CM Group to access and evaluate the plethora of offshore investment funds investing in alternative asset classes often non-correlated to the equity markets and with a mix of volatility parameters and attractive performance results.

This service is provided from our Swiss office to clients who specifically indicate that they wish to receive such information. CM Finance does not provide advice in relation to such investments, but simply acts as a conduit for the dissemination of the information.

Often the types of investment opportunities are those offered by smaller firms where clients would not typically gain knowledge of or access to them from their traditional private banking or investment relationships.
